  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • 1 tsp dried oregano

  • 1/2 tsp dried basil

  • 1/2 tsp thyme powder

  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

  • 6-7 cups water

  • Olive oil for sautéing
