  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 2 tablespoons avocado oil

  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup

  • 1/3 cup coconut sugar (to be dissolved in wet ingredients)

Dry Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups gluten-free all-purpose flour mix or whole wheat flour

  • 1/2 cup quick oats (gluten-free if needed)

  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda

  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
