2 cups frozen mango chunks
1 cup lemonade or coconut water (or sub more water)
2 apples, sliced, core removed
2 pitted medjool dates
3 brazil nuts
Juice of 1 lemon
1 small piece of fresh ginger
3-4 large stems of lacinato kale or curly kale, stems removed
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1-2 scoops vanilla protein powder (optional)
1 scoop spirulina or supergreen powder (optional)
1-2 cups water
6-8 ice cubes
Instructions:
Place all the ingredients in a high-speed blender in the following order: frozen mango chunks, sliced apples, medjool dates, brazil nuts, lemon juice, fresh ginger, kale leaves, chia seeds, protein powder (if using), spirulina or supergreen powder (if using), water, and ice cubes.
Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy, stopping to scrape down the sides of the blender if necessary.
