MAC N CHEESE RECIPE

  • 3/4 cup walnuts

  • 1/4 cup quick or rolled oats

  • 1/4 nutritional yeast

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

  • 1/2 tsp onion powder

  • 1/2 tsp paprika powder

  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder

  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano

  • salt and pepper

  • 1 1/2 cup unsweetened soy milk

  • 1/2 cup vegan diced sausage (choose your favorite brand or homemade)

  • 2 cups cooked pasta of your choice


How to make it:


  1. Prepare the Sauce Base:

  • In a blender or food processor, combine the walnuts, oats, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika powder, turmeric powder, dried oregano, salt, and pepper. Blend until the mixture forms a fine, crumbly texture.

  • Transfer the blended mixture to a saucepan and add the unsweetened soy milk.
